Dear mighty rules forum,
Would i be right in thinking that camo netting, used on tanks from the IG armoury, will allow tanks to be set up in the dawn of war setting ?
(and Ignoring the 1x HQ and 2x troop limit)
If so, would a chimera with netting be allowed to be deployed, with a squad inside (that isn't HQ or troop) - I assume no, but wanted to be sure.
You are correct, there is nothing in the rules that will allow you to use camo nets in this way.
Currently they are completely useless if you are using one of the 3 missions im the rule book, as none of them use Hidden Setup
Here is hpoing that Camo Netting will give +1 to cover saves in the next codex!!

On the bright side sentinels still use the old version of the scout rule so they can be deployed in dawn of war scenarios. Imagine a comand squad, 12 Sentinels and 110 infantry as your initial dawn of war deployment.
