As the title says, I'm wondering where i can locate (if it exists) a set of guidelines/rules to creating a bio-titan or even mini titan. I'm currently wanting to convert/modify a large 16 inch tall Godzilla figure into a bio titan for some apoc games at our local hobby store.
Any chance anyone can help me out with some information? Or maybe point me in the right direction?
Funny you should ask, I was recently looking at the Tyranid creature creation rules. I know they are located in the Chapter Approved 2004 and a WD (forget what issue), but I have no idea if they ever posted them online.

Take a look at Age of Strife - Tyranid Design Rules. Don't know how "updated" it is, the VDR-rules in themselves are not for 5th Ed but should put you in roughly the right points.
Those rules existed in chapter approved. You can't get that book anymore except on ebay. The rules would not work exactly in 5th edition now as a few things have changed. Also you would need the previous Tyranid codex to know what the weapons do as they have changed in the current codex. If you get a hold of it you could use it for inspiration or as a guideline for creating a critter. They did also use the mass-point rules which is rather tiresome. The creatures with mass points were also very under powered, they were not worth half their points often.
You could use the current gargantuan Tyranid rules for your critter as the Apocalyse rules are far better. Pick one you like and think fits with the Godzilla you have. The Anphelion project from Forge world has all the current critters in there but it uses the mass-points for them. Biotitans suck with those rules so I would suggest using the Hierophant or Barbed Hierodule rules in the Apocalypse book or the Harridan, Trygon and or the Scythed Hierodule rules in the Apocalyse Imperial armour book.
