    can artillary run?

Specifically eldar support weapons if it matters. They can't fleet since they don't have the special rule. But it doesn't seem like artillary is prevented from running in the BBB.

I think they can, actually. The problem is that artillery units consist of both infantry and vehicle models. The vehicles are not able to run since they aren't walkers (I haven't seen any that are yet). This means that only the crew could run, and the unit would still have to maintain coherency.

Walking artillery is a cool idea though.

No, they may not 'Run' page 55 BGB bottom left sentence.

    Thanks.

Wow, how did I miss that one? Wicky is right, of course.

Probably like me you were looking in the "movement" section.

The turn phase rules in the game contain general information, whereas the rules for Units goes a bit deeper and is more specialised.

So here I already knew the general and just checked for the exception.

I fell foul of this recently with Walkers and popping smoke.
I assumed the general was all there was and did not check for the exception in the unit rules.

    Lesson learned, cheers.
