Right so lets just get this over with fast.
If a normal squad member (for example an imperial guardsman) has ld of 7 but the squad is led by a character with ld of 8 (for example a veteran sergeant) are the leadership taken with the sergeants leadership of 8?
Don't worry. We all have certain off days...
Under the heading of 'Leadership Tests', 3rd Paragraph, it states that if a unit includes models of varying Ld, you always use the higher one, as it simulates a greater hero filling those around him with a great strength.
