    can a unit of havocs armed with heavy bolters and bolters, move 12" in a rhino, disembark and fire their heavy bolters. Or do they have to wait to next turn.
    also if they dont disembark, can they shoot two heavy bolters out of the top hatch

    Rulebook Clarifications:
    "11. Disembarking before a vehicle moves does count as movement for the models, so heavy weapons can’t be fired. Rapid fire and pistol weapons can only shoot once. "

    Also read the rules in the box on the upper right corner of page 82 of the rulebook.

    nope they cant cauz moving the rhino counts as ur models movement phase
