When teleporting, u place the large template on the place u want to teleport too, then role the scatter dice to see where it lands.. is that it? cuz im not to sure how it works.

exact same as deep strike with jumppacks.. 2d6 + scatter
I think if a model has teleport homers then the termies (that's what's teleporting, right?) don't scatter

kirasu is right it is the exact same as deep strike with jumppacks with a 2d6 + scatter
Teleport Homers are a piece of Wargear that you can give to certain models which makes Deep Striking Terminators (or Teleporting in your case) a less random affair.
As other people have said when you Teleport your Terminators in they will scatter 2D6, however if you use Teleport Homers (as your topic suggests) then they will not scatter if they Deep Strike directly ontop of a model which has a Teleport Homer.

And I'm only posting this because there was so many threads with (IMO) the wrong answer.
