    New ordnance rules?

My buddy and I haven't played 40k in two years. I picked up the new rulebook and read through it, liking most of what I saw. However The section on ordnance was only like a paragraph long and I didn't see anything about it scattering or anything like that. Maybe I missed it or something but I assume a Leman Russ Battle Cannon, Basilisk etc still scatter? Could someone referance me to where it can be found in the RB?

Imperial Guard = Soviet Army? Me thinks so.

All blast weapons scatter, wether it is a blast from a missilelauncher or a blast from a battlecannon.

Yeah that's what I though, I can't believe I missed that. What page is it on in the rule book?

Pages 30 and 32, hidden in the text as per the usual way of GW!
