I just wanted to know if you shoot a heavy weapon, do you have to reload (not shoot) in your next shooting phase?

You're probably thinking of the Dire Avenger's Bladestorm. They're probably the only unit in 40K who has to reload. No other units have to reload their guns "next turn", whether it is an assault, rapid fire, or heavy weapon.
I believe there is a weapon for the Stompa that has to reload as well. I also think there is a FW artillery weapon that needs to as well, but these are all Apoc.
Or you could be thinking of Necromunda
Ahrg I hate reloading
Yes, I did deep-strike your sister...
