So I recently converted a ton of csm with green stuff into plague marines. They look just like the real ones if not better. I wish my digital camera was working so I could post pics but it broke . My question is, would they be tournament legal?
I hate white scars!!
Ravenwing all the way!!
It should be. As long as you are using models from games workshop's line, you can convert them as you please. They just really need to be WYSIWYG as far as their main weapons (grenades and combat knives excluded), roughly the same size (don't make them tiny to get more cover), and use the original bases they came with.
And they need to be painted, of course.

According to the Ard Boyz rules, that would be legal.
"Any conversions must begin as Citadel models and contain a majority of Citadel components." - 2009 Ard Boyz rules page 3.
