Does Grey Knights Rites of exorcism reduce daemons initiative to 1?

    Hi,

Grey Knights Rites of exorcism rule causes Daemons to roll their assault range for their charge as if they were moving in difficult ground.

Rule book says models who take a difficult terrain test when charging have thier initiative reduced to 1 unless they have assault grenades

So I was wondering if Rites of exorcism would reduce daemons initiative to 1?

    Short answer: yes.

Longer answer: yes, they strike at Init 1 unless they have aura of aquiescense or cloud of flies.

It would as they are classified as daemons. Even the eldar avatar is a classified as a daemon

If that's true then strictly speaking it wouldn't work against them. I think if you explained the situation most people would let it go though.

Yeah, if anybody tried to claim that their daemons weren't daemons, I'd be sorely tempted to hit them... Yes, strict RAW says it's so, but come on, man!!

Ahh but then I want frags on my PAGKs. I want them to have some transport options. I want 3++ Storm shields. I want assault4 rending Ass cannons. I want a fast Attack option. I want an =][= that is useful. I want eternal warrior on my GKGM. I want useful special chars. Tele homers that work. Psy cannons to be repriced.

Perhaps a few others on top.
