P84 of the Fourth Edition rulebook. As far as I know it has no equivalent in the fifth edition book.
A little more detail or a context would help a lot next time - a simple reference to it being a mission special rule would have speeded this up no end!
Hope that helps...

As Maligoare said, Dusk and Dawn has not been carried over into 5th Edition. Originally it was to do with the Night Fighting rules, and a couple of specific D6 dice roll results determined which turn was fought under the Night Fight rules.
The only mission which now involves Night Fight is Dawn of War, and there is a full description of both the mission itself and the rules for Night Fight on P.93 and P.95 respectively of the 5th Ed rulebook.

They also added a version of that old rule into planetstrike!
