1) After a deepstriking unit succesfully arrives can it move in the movement phase?
2) Can the unit charge if within charge distance of a legitimate target?
I want to start using deepstrike more often, but if it's just going to make my units sitting ducks then I dont want to do that. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance to all who reply.
Nope, says it quite clearly under the description of the deep strike process. Deep striking isn't a good way to get into close combat anyway, you'll get shot to pieces and/or assaulted. It's best for claiming an objective or table quarter, or just disrupting the enemy's plans in some way. If you can land behind something blocking line of sight it can be used to land right next to the enemy however...

deepstriking is best for foiling an enemies plan, and as lepermessiah said, deepstrike them behind terrain or something
