A Canoness can have a retinue of Celestians. Under the entry for Celestians, it says they can be mounted in an Immolator. Can a Canoness and 5 Celestians be mounted in an Immolator, or do they lose that option when taken as a retinue.
I am new to the game and this is my first post. I apologize if this is the wrong place to post or I have violated any rules.
Thanks for the help.
You might want to ask in the Witchhunter section.
EDIT: Which is a sub-forum in the armies section of Warhammer 40k.

Edit: I succumb to the wisdom of those more knowledgeable than me... :humbled:
Removed my erroneous "clarification" so as to not confuse people further, and will strive to keep my attempts at clarifications to matters I understand better.
"The meat things seek to destroy ourselves. They hunt us as we hunt them but they are weak and uncertain. The inferior flesh will be entirely destroyed, all biomatter consumed. Ourselves will fight to the last, all weak flesh must be devoured."
Yes they can. The Canoness entry says she may be accompanied by a squad of Celestians "...taken from the 'Elites' section of the army list". It gives no restrictions to the Celestians. The transport option is part of the Celestian squad, and they do not loose anything if taken by the Canoness as her retinue. They still equip the same, same upgrades, and same transport options.Originally posted by kwilliams@Dec 21 2004, 21:55

Hm Uzi, ICs dont generally have transport options. It's almost always the command squad which allows the transport unless it's some special IC such as the new tech marine
Whatever option the celestians have then that is what wouuld be used. However remember the IC takes up a spot in the transport
