Right. In the latest WD (303 over here in sweden) there are some new doctrines for IG.
One of these is called "Slave Levies" and it says it can be applied to "Imperial Guard Infantry Squads (not any other types of squad)". What exactly does this mean?
I'm reminded of the "Guard Infantry"-reference in the doctrines section of the IG codex (page 55), but is this the same thing...?
Thanks in advance.
I'm pretty sure it is.
Catapultam habeo. Nisi omniam pecuniam mihi dabis, saxum immanem ad capitem tuum mittam.
I'm 99% sure it means only Imperial Guard Infantry Platoon squads, as in the guys that make up Infantry platoons
Lance-Captain of the Portent Veterans Force
"I can live with being a pawn if the game makes sense!" - Terran pilot, Freespace 2
"Shall I kill him now, Master?" - HK-47, Knights of the Old Republic
Infantry units are described in the codex before the doctrine section, I am pretty sure it is used accordingly.
