I was checking all the past posts, and didn't find the answer, so here it is. If I have only one squad left on the board that can summon daemons (i.e. has icon), but two more or daemon packs become available on the SAME turn...
1.does the person with the icon summon both packs at the same time?
2.Do I place one template first and then the other?
3. what if I have no space left around that icon (with my own daemons, not the enemy or impassable terrain)?
Yes one squad can summon as many demons as they want
Keep in mind, the squad is not summoning them, they are just a reserve roll that enters play near the icon bearer.. It's like a teleport homer, the guy with the homer isn't teleporting terminators he's just the beacon
Thanks! In the Chaos codex, the first sentence of Daemon Summoning mentions that the daemons have to be summoned next to the icon bearer. Then the next sentence goes on to change that and say the "unit that has the icon"...
Which one is correct? (go and read that section carefully, and you'll see what I mean)
I hope it's just around the unit that has the icon, and not the icon bearer model itself.
