In the new rules (4th ed duhh) can walkers or to be specific dreadnoughts just walk out of close combat or are they locked and if they aren't locked and are surrounded can they tank shock out?
As far as I know, walkers are locked in close combat, I've had a fair bit if experience of CC with my dreadnoughts, and that seems to be the case.
