I know that units can target Monstrous type creatures without a leadership test. But can you have 1 carnifex with another behind it, and it cant be targeted since its line of sight is blocked by the first one.
Does this apply to another M creatures?
Just like tanks, MCs block LOS.
Just like tanks, MCs can be targetted without taking a Leadership test to shoot past the closest unit.
Just like pretty much everything else in the game, MCs can't be shot at, if LOS can't be drawn.
If you were playing against me, I would say it would get a cover save, unless it was completely behind the first carnifex, then I would say it couldn't be shot.
That's my interpretation.
Why you would be hiding carnifexes behind one another is my question?
Any model that blocks LOS blocks it for all models of its size class and smaller.
I do not criticize. I do not offend. All I offer is my opinion which means only as much as you make it.
