I noticed there was a thread in the IG forum about whether or not Cypher was legal in 4th Ed, but there was never any concrete answer... I figured maybe if I posted here someone might know...
He's changed a bit from before, though. No more C'tan phase knife. He just uses his Plasma Pistol in close combat like a power weapon.
personally i wouldn't any problems playing against him. theres talk of him being in the new DA codex, which is rumoured for some time this year. and anyway, only a rules lawyer is going to have a problem with cypher, its not as if hes broken.
I belive so... Let me check my early 3rd edition Chaos Codex...
Yeah, he had one, but it only counted as a power weapon at that point. My mistake.:rolleyes: Its been years since I looked at that book, lol.
