There are so many pre-game actions now and I can't work out which order they occur in:
Universal special rule Scouts
Alaitoc ranger Disruption
Imperial Guard Macharian Cross
Callidus assassin's Word in your Ear
All take place after deployment but before the first turn... so what order do they happen in?
Don't forget the Necron Deceiver's ability to redeploy the other guy's force.
I would make whoever deployed first use their special abilities and then the player who deployed last would do his. Then roll to see who goes first. No rules to back this up, just my opinion.
I do not criticize. I do not offend. All I offer is my opinion which means only as much as you make it.
Look to the specific items for information. For example, the Macharian cross is after infiltrators and scouts. If after examining all the applicable wargear there are still ambiguities then roll for who uses their special rule first.
without clearly stated rules I would rever to the cod of cuboids and roll for whose rule goes first
