    iv posted this subject before in another forum but does anyone know what happens if you end up deep strike scattering right in the middle of units? apologies if ur not allowed to answer this for n e reason.

    if it's an enemy unti then just place the models 1" away from the enemy models, however if it's your own stuff then just them where ever in coherency. im not sure if this is the rule from the BBB or CA but it's just what me and mates use.

    You would keep the template where it is. then you place all your models under it. Restriction is they can't be 1" from an enemy model. If they can't fit then they are destroyed.

    If you deepstrike without touching any enemies, you can overlap and overflow as needed to fit. You just can't use the overflow to get into shooting range of the enemy. Range is determined from the marker.

    If any part of the marker touches the enemy, then you must fit all models on the marker and not within 1" of the enemy. Any that can't are lost.
