"I read about something like this in a book." "Are you sure it was a book? Are you sure it wasn't nothing?" "...Oh yeah."-Peter and Brian Griffin
Check out page 20 of the BGB. Second paragraph. There's a few exceptions to what is stated there, but you can read those on the same page.
Short answer, yes.
"The internet perceives censorship as damage, and routes around it."
Men don't block LOS anymore (that was in 3rd ed.), but you do need to make a Leadership check to shoot at any unit that isn't the closest.
Just out of curiousity, whats next? Maybe you can make an issue about the fact that GW didn't define the action of 'rolling' a D6 to actually mean dropping it in such a manner as to produce a random result; thus making it perfectly acceptable to just put them down with the face up of your choice?
See p. 20 of the BGB. some monstrous characters can block LOS, and if your own troops are locked in CC they block LOS.
p 7, p 16, p 17, p 18, p 20, p 21 are the good rules and all you need.
p 18 covering target priority, 20 and 21 for LOS, p 7, 16 and 17 for what is terrain and how to define it.
16,000+ of Eldar (only need flyers)
7,000+ of Nids (want heirophant)
6,000+ of Space Marines (need rever titan)
4,400+ of Cygnar (all models for the faction)
1,500+ of Legion (just started)
For the best overall view, start just after the front cover and keep going until you run outta rulebook
In an hour of darkness a blind man is the best guide. In an age of insanity look to the madman to show the way.
