Does the defiler no longer use the guess range rule? I'm confused since I've never seen anyone with a defiler actuall guess his indirect range. I'm just looking for tangible evidence that no guessing is required.

Guess Range was removed for 4th edition. Now, you simply +++ edite by the inquisition +++ - please dont state rules - breaches Copyright

Perhaps this should be bumped over to the Chaos Forum?

Everything you have been told is a lie!
Yea, the defiler still is classed as a guess weapon, when using indirect. But in 4th Ed guess ranges are pretty lame, there is real guessing. The difference is that when using the indirect fire, it ---Removed by the Inquisition---.
That is the only difference of the indirect guess range. You can't measure the shot unitl you declare it, so there is your "guess". ---Removed by the Inquisition---.
Hopefully that helped and hopefully I didn't say things I shouldn't in a forum.

Guess weapons are now all treated as Barrage weapons. See page 31 of the rulebook for more information. Ordnance Barrages are described on page 32.
Why do the survivors remain anonymous -- as if cursed -- while the dead are revered? Why do we cling to what we lose while we ignore what we still hold?
Name none of the fallen, for they stood in our place, and stand there still in each moment of our lives.
