ok, i got a scenario for you all, lets see if anyone can help me out...
If i fire something with a blast template (lets just say a frag missle) at something like a dreadnaught. If i hit, then the blast template goes right on top of the dreadnaught right? If so, then that would mean that the blast template touches all 4 sides...so does this mean i roll to hit for each side? or does the blast just hit whatever part of the naught i have LOS on?
If it is a direct fire weapon, such a missile launcher, the blast is considered to strike the side of the vehicle from where the missile was fired.
If it is a scatter weapon, the blast attacks the armor on the side closest to the hole in the center of the template. Divide the vehicle with and 'X' from each corner. The 'X' separates the vehicle into four quadrants. Right Side, Left Side, Front, and Rear. Whichever quadrant the hole lands in is the side that is hit.
Only one hit. No you do not attack all four sides no matter where the blast covers.
cool, thanx for da' help
