I don't see this in the main rule book, but wonder if it's in any update I haven't seen.
Can two like squads that loose troops, form one squad? For example, if I have two units of 5 man Storm Troopers, and they loose one veteran, and any extra heavy weapons, can they re-group to form one 10 man or less squad following all the squad rules?
I assume if that can happen, moral/leadership test must be passed, or falling back troops must pass through a stable squad. It makes sense that you could do it. The reason the idea appeals to me is I can bring two heavy weapons with each squad, so I can have four instead of only two with one 10 man squad. It gives me a powerful one phase punch, but they are fragile and would be defeated quickly at that size.
Orks can do such a thing (they got it as a special rule), other armies can't.
Well i think we have an answer....... and some spam.
