Few quick questions about librarians:
1. The only power that uses the Librarian's Ballistic skill is Storm, correct? I don't have to check it for Vortex or Fury or anything like that, do I?
2. When using an epistolary, can I choose the order in which I buy powers? For example, I can replace Storm with Vortex and then buy Fear at the epistolary cost.
3. Tigrus' hood doubles his range on all pyshic powers. This doubles the size of Fear of the Darkness, doesn't it?
you are correct. only the Stom is handled like a shooting attack, so that one is the only one that uses ballistic skill.Originally Posted by Vinny The Fishyes, you can upgrade and buy in any order. So you could upgrade the more expensive power and then buy the cheaper power. you could of course do it the other way around, but I guess that would not be the smartest option.Originally Posted by Vinny The FishI would think so. Shut up and play.
Well I have just read the rules for Tigurius and the answer is in there.Originally Posted by Vinny The Fish
It says that the hood ...doubles the range of any psychic powers... [my italics and note the plural powers]
So couldn't actually be plainer. Simply put, any psychic powers he takes gets a doubling in range.
This would also apply to Vortex of Doom too, and Storm of the Emperors Wrath (interestingly the only power where the term 'range' is actually mentioned).
So the answer to your question Vinny The Fish, is yes.
