More pedantic reading of Codex: Eldar.
In the entry for wraithguard spirit sight, it says that ".......unit within 6" must..." not "......unit with a model within 6" of.....".
Using the most barstardly RAW I can, the wraithguard unit must be WHOLY within 6" or spiritsight will apply.
Contrast with Tyranid Synapse ".....unit with a model within 12"......
(This should start a fight).
(he he he).
That generally happens, it still means that at least the outer edge of the unit within 6" to benefit from the Warlock.
But if you're worried about it, why not just take a SpiritSeer or attach a Warlock to the squad?
