If I assault a walker with a model strong enough to glance the rear armor wielding a power weapon does that hit count as anything special? (ie. ap1, etc. or just a regular glance) And would that walker be allowed to turn around in the consalidation phase or no?
Legion Of Everblight: Abyslonia
Protectorate of Menoth: Grand Exemplar Kreoss
No. The only weapons when used in cc (at least in the Imperial Armory) that causes extra damage against vehicles is the chainfist, eviserator and thunder/daemonhammer. I don't think that there are any others.
1500 years ago everybody knew the Earth was the center of the Universe
500 years ago everybody knew the world was flat
5 minutes ago you knew humans were alone on the planet
Imagine what you'll know tomorrow
Also, in assault you always fight against the front armour of a walker so you'd have to have extremly high strength to fight one if all you're using is a power weapon.

"I read about something like this in a book." "Are you sure it was a book? Are you sure it wasn't nothing?" "...Oh yeah."-Peter and Brian Griffin
Agonizers always glance on a 6 too
Anyway, when in an assault with a walker you always have to fight against its front armor as its assumed to turn around and make your guys to squishy. That may be different if its immobleized. But yeah, there are few cc weapons that do much to armor targets. Gotta just shoot shoot shoot or send a canifex at them
