In the Kroot Mercs codex it says after the listing of what kroot delegations may be taken within the FOC (i.e. 0-1 HQ, 0-2 Troops etc.) it says "in games of 2000+ instead of making the above additions, a second detachment may be taken from the Kroot Mercenary list." Am I to take this to mean that in games of 2000 points or above you may have 0-4 Troops, 0-2 Elites, 0-2 Heavy Support, i.e., double what they would be in lower point games with the exception of the HQ? Thanks.
A second detachment means you would form a second FOC out of all-Kroot selections (including the compulsory HQ and 2 Troops) and the Kroot would not occupy slots in your primary FOC. I'm not familiar with the wording of that Codex, but generally this is done only with opponent's consent.
