with WYSIWYG I completly understand the concept, it's pretty simple... but with purity seals and bionics is where i get kinda fuzzy in the head. reason being... so many models come with purity seals and bionic parts premolded...
If I buy a Tactical Squad it comes with legs that have purity seals and a Bionic head for the sergeant...
Will most players let you slide if you just don't want the "benefits" of these items of wargear or are you really locked into spending the points without clipping and shaving these things off the model?
Certainly. No one will have an issue with the lack of something like that, even with the "bits" on the models. Since purity seals are usually only available to characters, they are only ever bits of artistic detail on most of your marines.
If you do take purity seals wargear on any models, make sure you let your opponent know which ones those are .
Having an army and not owning a rulebook is like owning a car with no steering wheel.Originally Posted by amishcellphone
