Some clarification needed:
1: the US version of the AC codex states that Ace Gunners only applies to direct ordnance fire, but the UK version of the PDF does not make that distinction - it only states that Ace Gunners is applies to ordnance fire, not specifying direct or indirect (or both). Which is correct?
2: Does special equipment have to be applied to all tanks, or just ones you choose? And what is the definition of "tank" in the codex? Is it Leman Russ hulls only, or does "tank" include the Chimera, (which is not a tank as it is an APC), and does it include the basilisk, which is also not a tank because it is open topped, an SP artillery piece, ajnd does not have a rotating turret?

"Tank" is a class of vehicle. It is defined in the front of the BGB. Vehicles are either:
Tanks, Walkers, or Skimmers. So anything with the classification of "Tank" (which is basically anthing that does not walk or fly) is considered a tank, even if by military definition, it is not.
