This came up in a game I had last week. Chaos Terminators are armed with combi-bolters. The Chaos player had a squad of terminators come out of a LR. he wanted to fire his combi-bolters and assault. Now bolters are rapid fire weapons. You can either shot or assault but you can not do both. What is the rule for Chaos Terminators with their combi-bolters? Can they shoot and assault or do they have to follow the rapid fire rule?
Why use science and education when ignorance and superstition will work just as well.
Terminators can move fire rapid-fire / heavy weapons and assault.

The "A Smart Player Will..." theory is a complete paradox. If we make an assumption that everything we do is outsmarted, then theoretically we can never win.
There's a special place reserved in hell for anyone who tries to enforce that, though.
