Rep Power: 41 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Grey Knight Battle Group Cost 150 points. 1 Brother Captain (HQ: Grey Knight Hero), 0-1 Grey Knight Retinue, 2-3 Grey Knight Terminator squads, 1-2 Grey Knight squads. The Battle Group also includes a Null Field Generator. As well as using the rules from page 188 of Apocalypse, this Generator also counts as a Teleport Homer, which only works for Grey Knight units. Each Grey Knight Terminator squad must be given Holocaust. Grey Knight Battle Groups must be kept in Strategic Reserve, and all units deploy by Teleporting using the Deep Strike rules. The units of the Battle Group do not all have to enter play in the same round, or in the same location. The Null Field Generator Deep Strikes as a unit with the HQ: Grey Knight Hero, though it does not count as part of his unit once deployed. If any of the units Teleport within 12” of anything which counts as Daemonic, a Synapse creature, an enemy Psyker, or any kind of Warp gate (including Warp Rifts and Webway Portals), it does not Scatter. If any unit within the Battle group is within 15” of anything which counts as Daemonic or an enemy Psyker, it may use Fleet of Foot instead of shooting, in an attempt to Assault that Daemonic or enemy Psyker unit. If it is within range to Assault the Daemonic or enemy Psyker unit, it must do so. If the Null Field Generator deploys within 12” of a Chaos Warp Rift, every Daemon entering play from the Rift takes an automatic S3 AP- hit. As ever, comment and criticism appreciated. Lord Ramon. |

Web way portals don't have a connection to the warp, they are a form of travel that is seperate again. Having said that apparently there is a link in the same way that our world has a link to the warp as in certain sections have become affected by warp rifts openning up inside them, making them dangerous places to travel. For this reason I would say that the WWP should be removed from the "does not scatter" section. But otherwise it is quite nice and fluffy. Especially like the null field dropping with them. Although perhaps I would have liked the entire battle group coming down together and the Grand master being a null field generator as he is being effected by his boys.
