If you're in Canada, you literally can't beat www.heavysupport.com. It's around 20% off, and free shipping (if over 150 bucks, which as we all know is peanuts)
The guys who run it are top notch, great Customer Service too.

Outside of EUROPE - not the UK.
UK suppliers are protected by European Free Trade laws which gives them free-reign and equality to sell anything (legal) to anywhere in the EU. GW Can't do a damned thing about it as any refusal to supply a UK distributor based on where they sell product (inside the EU) would be illegal.
They could put the price up to the level a distributor could not afford to buy at - but I doubt that it would ever happen.
Unfortunately outside of the EU they can restrict sales.
Has anyone shopped from Total wargamer? 22 % off is very tempting.

I have, it wasnt totaly terrible buti had some issues with it.
First off its not free post like for instance Maelstrom games, and the cost increases with the more stuff you buy, so very quickly that 22% saving your making drops. I placed about £150 order and ended up spending another £10 on postage. Not terrible as its still cheaper than GW but it did make me look at other sites.
Secondly, they didn't seem to have the stuff ready in stock, but ordered it after i placed the order. This may have just been down to the size of my order and the fact that i was ordering eldar stuff which may be on low stock at the shop due to low demand, but it did lead from an expected wait of 7-10 days to close to a month.
They did keep me updated when i asked what was happening though which is alot more than some sites do.
I would use them again but maybe on a slightly smaller order so that i didnt loose so much saving through postage.

I think all online stores have that isue with not having everything in stock. Even the big boys like Maelstrom and Wayland have to order stuff in they don't have to hand. A few stores tell you their stock levels as you buy items so you know how long you may need to wait while they reorder.
Quorn! - Protein for the Protein God.
Here in the US I have used Miniature Market and The War Store. Both have been very quick on shipping and customer service has been great. I was able to grab the Space Marine Megaforce from Miniature Market at the 25% off, making it about 50% off the price if everything was bought separate. Awesome deal.
