If an both sides have scoring units within 6" then the total points values of all scoring units (just in cases you were saying only the highest points unit of both teams counts) within 6" for both sides is compared. So 4 crisis suits beat a falcon (I think, not sure on the exact points of each).

Yeah that's what I was trying to say so 4 crisis beat a falcon but with 6 objectives and 4 needed to win (barring that stratagem) there will be 3/4 falcons for each objective depending on how things go and which objective needs more to hold.

This is a tough match, every hit will count, and that's why I'm in for no1cafc. With his prisms, he'll be able to lay out a very decent amount of templates that stand a very decent chance of practically insta-killing whatever is under them. Also, he doesn't have to keep all his prism's in the open for this to work. He can simply place one with LOS to the enemy anti - tank, and like the rest to it to produce a S10 AP1 Large blast. Unless the Tau are really spreading out, there's no way that it will take out only 1 anti - tank a turn, plus if the tau spread out, they stand a good chance of losing LOS to terrain if no1cafc sets up his prisms right. Also, no1cafc has 3 cloudstrike squadrons, each of which can deal an enormous amount of damage without being hit themselves. They can target even more of the Tau's anti- tank until there's none left, and then get to objectives. I think the eldar tanks have this one in the bag.

I agree with bedcrum and avvy; no1cafc for the win. Both the Cloudstrike and Sunstorm squadrons are really great formations; and I'll try not to be redundant here, but I mean seriously both the focussed and dispersed firing of 6 fire prisms are ridiculously powerful, and will wreak havoc on svalene's army.

I think sval can win.

She has so much more scoring units, and if those Hammerheads get a good turn off, cafc will be in some real trouble, whilst if cafc gets a good turn, sval has a bit of a "several more where that came from" situation.

I agree. But hey, I had to vote for someone, so I thought about what would hapen if either side got a particularly lucky turn.

gah. I can't figure this one out at all.

it really does seem that it will come down to who goes first, and who gets luckier.

I'm personally leaning towards no1cafe's Eldar floating cheesy poofs, but Svalene's got a lot of ground parmesean there too.
