With Annihilation... Chaos

A whole lot of the marine anti-mech will be bouncing off those behemoths. As long as those Terminators end up dead it'll be hard for the Templars to punch through all that armour. And when the 'Zerkers come charging out of those Raiders it's going to hurt like a half-brick in a sock. Templars counter-attack will have been hurt by them rolling up, so I don't think it'll be enough.

Chaos those land raiders won't die very quickly and will rack up a fair few KP's when termies and berzerkers charge BT are going to get pounded

It's annhiliation, and they have the durability + combat punch to see them through. It won't be a land slide with both average skill levels being played I think the list favours the chaos.
