They wont even be a thorn in your opponents side. Take 3 vypers with cannons if you wanna do that as they're basically the same price and you dont have to take the other useless models
Guardian Jetbike squadrons have no redeeming quality
There is not a single thing they do well that another unit cannot do for half the cost, and probably more firepower
SOme of the eldar units have limited uses, like say.. wraithguard. Yet overall are still horrible
In this case Jetbikes have no use. The only possible thing they could assault are Tau and even then the Tau would *barely* be outmatched
