Yah, you can't post unit costs. I write "spirit hosts x 4 (400 pts)" then everyone knows that they costs 100 pts a pop (which, for the record, is incorrect :p ). LO gets to operate with so much freedom because GW encourages the hobby and recognizes the value of such forums, but they want to people to buy their stuff and not glean rules off the 'Net.
No, you can't have multiple power familiars, just like you mention in your post. And power familiars are not power stones, so just one of them exists in your VC armory.
