All the above, but the things that swing it towards the Fusion for me are the 2d6 against vehicles and armoured foes, and the insta kill against things like Chaplains or Grey Knight Grand Masters and other hard as nails multi wound models.
Its great when you pop a Dread or kill a valuable character model and jump away.
The Fusion / Plasma / Multi and Shield Gen set up has performed so well for me I will never change it unless something really good comes up in the new codex release
