Resize it using Paint-shop-pro, Photoshop, or Photobase. Preferably,
DO NOT USE PAINT, as resizing it using that program will stuff up the picture majorly.
EDIT: I may be able to make it smaller, let me see what I can do. Also, try saving it to a folder as a .jpg image, this will reduce the filesize.
EDIT2: To actually get in your signature, in case that was what you were asking, copy paste it into paint, save it as a .jpg image from there, and the host it with
www.imagshack.us .
