It all depends on the type of army you wish to build.
Here's a few types:
-Forest Spirit
The title says it all, just crazy dryads, wild riders and treekin, who'll enjoy ripping your opponent to peices, a very enduring army with that ward save.
-Magic Heavy (Spellweaver list)
An unexplored alley for me so far, but I have tasted drycha's magic along with a few branchwraith spells, and they are a really pain to deal with, imagine with a spellweaver to boot.
-All Elves (Asrai list) Usign a pure elf army list is no small task, flavourful and full of challenge.
-All cavalry
Nothing under 9 mouvement, a truely fast army(I am currently building this)
-Shooty
A rival tot he empire gunline, except that it is mobile. Heavy of glade guard and riders with a fe units of skirmishers to marchblock, such as dryads, warhawk riders and wardancers.
-Mass skirmish, axed on point denial, and picking units your opponent's weaker units, and in the last moments of the game, massed charges to try and rip a great chunk!
