Skin colour, the best ink to use if flesh wash but I have had some success with extreemly watered brown ink and even chestnut.

Desert yellow, flesh ink works here too IMO.

If you meant actual paints; flesh I'd go for dwarf flesh with elf highlights and for desert yellow - well, desert yellow.
