We can discuss things that happen in the series (things that you may or may not have understood). Also, we can discuss projects, an example is a Grey Knights force that I'm painting to be darker, and as such represent a force sent by the Black Tower! (although they will more of a Grey rather than a Black)
One thing I've always found interesting is the connections you can make between 40 k and the Wheel of Time. You got your good, and your bad. You have your Psykers, and your Channelers. You have men that channel going insane, and the perils of the warp! The list goes on and on...
