Plasticard is just a generic term for sheets of plastic card.

As has been described and for about the same price as mentioned.

They can be found in good hobby shops, or if you are on a budget, you can use the flat sheets of plastic from food packaging. A pair of scissors or scoring with a knife is needed to cut.
