i think that it probably has many names, and GW uses the name plasticard as 'slang' term like greenstuff. I think if you live in a city big enough for a games workshop, then you must have some sort of Model train store. I think if you were to inquire there about really thin sheets of hard plastic, they will know what your talking about. Model Train places are pretty much good for everything else to. Or you could just order it online like the one slorak suggested.
