yea i get the error too.

i use CS2, and it can be done, with image ready... under the little tool palete thing, at the bottom of it, there is a convert to image ready button. make both pictures one on pdf file, one hidden. click the convert button. there should be a slideshow manager thing. click new slide, then unhide the other image, and select the time delay. its kinda hard to explain. try looking at some animation tuts.
