A little late, but I'll still comment.

Krak Grenades = redundant. Remember that his Crozius is a Power Weapon, so make sure you didn't add those points. Artificer Armour isn't the best idea, as it won't help him too much - most enemies that you'll be throwing him at will negate this save anyways.

See above for the Krak Grenades and Artificer Armour arguments. Besides that, this guy is nice, but he needs an invulnerable save! I'd recommend the Combat Shield, but if you're willing to dish out the points, an Iron Halo would be very welcome here, too.

I'd recommend upgrading one of these squads to an 8-man squad, so that they aren't one man down when the two ICs join the other squads. Besides that, I like 'em, but the Krak grenades are seriously not needed.

Not bad, but the Kraks are again not needed (unless they get them normally, anyways). The Power Weapon could be exchanged for a 'Fist, simply because you will almost always get to strike with the 'Fist anyways. I'd recommend trying to find the points to put some special weapons in here, too.

Too many Snipers! Also, you're mixing your squad ideas - the Missile Launcher is primarily anti-tank, and the Sniper Rifles are predominantly anti-infantry. I'd recommend dropping one of them down to a 6-man Sniper Squad with Heavy Bolter, then the other to maybe a 6-man Bolter Squad with Missile Launcher. Which comes out to be very cheap, at 88 points.

Not bad, but I think you'd do much better with a Lascannon/Plasma Gun combo here.

I'd recommend dropping it down to an 8-man squad, besides that, very nice.

Nice, but two issues - first, it's not really needed, as you have a fair amount of anti-infantry, especially in the form of Assault Marines. Second, it's not fluffy at all... Raven Guard are good at surgical strikes, using their speed (and Drop Pods) to take the enemy out.

Hope this helps!
