With the number of lightly armored T3 models your fighting you should go with volume of Shots/Attacks while trying to keep a decent save. WIth all that Poison your going to have to make alot of extra armorsaves.

It seems like the answer to everything is RBTs according to some, but that is simply not the case. It's like Sylvester said, you need to pick your targets with them otherwise they're gonna kill a max of 6 skaven per turn. That's like, pfft, 30 points?

Honestly I believe that the HE have better rare choices open to them for fighting the Skaven.

I once had fun against a Skaven army with Book of Hoeth and flames of the Phoenix. I lost the game if I remember correctly, but it still did a lot of damage. My mistakes were elsewhere
