Unfortunately we do not live in a perfect world, and there are sometimes trouble makers who seek to spoil things for others. On most occasions, the perpetrators tend to be inferior and/or faulty to normal people in several ways.

Normally, these losers are blasted out of the room by a Chat Moderator. However, there may be occasions where the Chat Mods are not available due to commitments in the 'real world'.

On these occasions if there is a problematic member, please take the following steps:

1. Record the offender's IP address (done by clicking on their profile)
2. Notify one of the Chat Mods by PM or Email.
3. Make a note of the time the offender was in the room (making sure to note your time zone).
4. We will investigate the situation and deal with the person accordingly as soon as possible.

Please note, LO takes this kind of offence very seriously, and I have it on good authority, that offensive behaviour in the Chat rooms can have an impact on the main LO forum too. The Chat Mods work in conjunction and with support from the LO Mod Team.
