1) Hydras move 12" per turn.
2) The chariots can only move 7" per turn, Becuase chariots ass we all know cant make march moves!!
3) Well my mates and i usually play battles, Were we start 24" from eachother and to move 14" in the first turn is unnecessary in such battles 12 is perfect!! Couse then u can still charge in your next turn
4) The chariots well i need something that can boost my combat resulotion in my 3rd turn
