Well, I guess I've just destroyed Jon's faith in me.
If he ever had any.
All I can say is that it would probably take me at least as long to craft 'fake' paint jobs in photoshop as it would to actually paint them...

Anyway, here is the finished article!

I went a bit full on with the freehand, trying to cram it in everywhere I possibly could, just because I haven't really done anything even aproaching this scale before...
I have to say, although it took the best part of a day (around 5-6 hours all told) just to finish the image on the banner, I really enjoyed it.

Thoughts, comments, suggestions etc etc?
